As the “intelligent brain” of the photovoltaic system, the MPPT module continuously monitors the voltage and current of photovoltaic strings. The EMS serves as the “decision-making center” of the system, implementing closed-loop management through “monitoring-decision-making-control-optimization” to achieve coordinated operation among photovoltaic systems, energy storage, the grid, and loads. Based on peak-valley electricity prices, photovoltaic power generation forecasts, and user power consumption habits, it formulates energy storage charging and discharging strategies (e.g., charging during valley periods and discharging during peak periods) to reduce electricity costs. Simultaneously, it continuously monitors battery status (voltage, current, temperature, SOC) and triggers protection mechanisms against overcharging, over-discharging, and overcurrent to prevent equipment damage or safety risks.
As the “safety guardians” of the system, circuit breakers rapidly cut off the circuit in case of abnormal currents (such as short circuits or overloads), preventing equipment damage or fire risks. Imax Power employs a high-frequency isolation architecture combined with intelligent tripping principles. Through the dynamic balance between coil magnetic fields and currents, it achieves millisecond-level protection responses, ensuring the safe and stable operation of the AC side.
