This DC charging pile is mainly composed of a human-machine interaction unit, a control unit, a metering unit and a safety protection unit. The high-integration main control board features a patented three-in-one system for dual-channel insulation detection, module voltage detection, and battery voltage detection. It has outstanding low-temperature characteristics and supports an application environment of -40℃.
Product Overview
The bidirectional AC/DC charging station is primarily designed to facilitate two-way interaction between electric vehicles (EVs) and the power grid, utilizing EV battery storage as a supplementary resource for the grid and renewable energy. By leveraging peak-valley electricity pricing differentials, it enables charging during low-cost off-peak hours and discharging during peak hours, allowing vehicle owners to profit from price arbitrage. Additionally, it enhances load flexibility, facilitates clean energy integration, and supports grid load regulation. This product integrates charging/discharging units, charging/discharging interfaces, human-machine interfaces (HMI), communication modules, and billing systems into a unified structure. Featuring a modular design, it offers advantages such as simplified installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
Product Composition
The bidirectional AC/DC charging station consists of four core components: the HMI unit, control unit, metering unit, and safety protection unit.
